About Me
I'm 23 years old and I live in the southern part of Germany next to Stuttgart. I'm a 7th semester Bachelor student at Merz Akademie, University of Arts, Design and Media in Stuttgart, particularly focused on Interface Design and New Media. In September 2006 I finished my education as a dance instructor for Hip Hop and Video-Clip-Dancing. I have various classes for children and young adults I teach in my free time.
Interface Design
During various internships I've already worked on different interface projects. What fascinates me most in this area is combining design with innovative techniques as well as being part of the process of following a project from its idea to its implementation. I'm always looking for new ideas and love to create and design new and enjoyable user interfaces with pixel-perfect and unique elements.
Game Design
I've spent my internship in the Game Art and Game Design division of Ravensburger Digital GmbH in Munich, a game company that focuses on social games, mobile apps as well as hybrid games. For the period of six months I have been working on the conception, illustration and the interface design of various games and game contents. During this time I have also been responsible for the internal usability testing.
Photography
Beside my studies photography is my favourite passion. I mainly prefer to specialize in macro and conceptual photography as I find it fascinating. What makes Macro Photography so interesting for me is to see tiny and fascinating things that people usually miss in their everyday life. I love to travel to different countries, which always offers opportunities to catch some great and impressive shots.
